Story

I started Medicaid Home Services because of my son Teddy. He lives with Down syndrome and autism, and like many parents, I wanted to make sure he was cared for in the best possible way—by family, in a safe and loving home. While navigating Michigan’s Home Help Program, I realized how confusing and difficult the system could be for families who are already doing so much for their loved ones.

That experience inspired me to create Medicaid Home Services. My goal is simple: help families like ours navigate the system more easily while making sure caregivers receive the highest compensation they qualify for under the program. Too many families don’t realize they may be eligible for higher approved pay, or they struggle with the paperwork required to receive it. We work to make the process clear and straightforward so caregivers can earn more while continuing to care for the people who matter most.
